Uncharted 3 Beta Stats Will Blow Your Mind

A post on the official PlayStation Blog by Naughty Dog’s Arne Meyer has brought word of some mind-blowing stats surrounding the recently-concluded Uncharted 3 multiplayer beta. The beta, which ended last Friday, was the largest online beta to ever appear on the PS3 with over 1.53 million unique players participating. Those players competed in more than 362 years worth of matches, 22 million of which were completed, and fired somewhere around 48 billion shots en route to 1.9 billion kills and the collection of 1.4 trillion dollars of in-game cash.

Crazy.

Even though the beta ended on Friday, Naughty Dog kept the feedback forums on its official website open over the weekend, but that forum switches back to the normal Multiplayer discussion forum today. Hopefully, the millions of unique players and long periods of feedback will result in a stellar multiplayer experience for Uncharted 3, which is of course coming exclusively to the PlayStation 3 this November.
